Vikray ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you request a CommerceGrade assessment, we collect the name, work email and storefront domain you submit through our form. We use these solely to prepare and send your assessment and to respond to your enquiry.
Your details are used to deliver the assessment you requested and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your scan results are kept confidential and are never published or shared without your permission.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personal information or track you across sites. Because of this, our site sets no tracking cookies, and no consent banner is required. We measure only aggregate, anonymous information such as page views and referring sources.
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, after which it is deleted.
